A clear beginning makes for a better experience. Here is the proposed framework for working with Astra.

01. Your invitation, our service
Astra provides digital wedding invitations and related design services. Your confirmed quote identifies the collection, plan, included work, hosting period, delivery schedule and revision allowance. A website enquiry is a request to discuss your project, not a completed purchase.
02. Scope and payment
The published starting prices guide your selection. Any additional custom work is quoted before it begins. Orders require full upfront payment as agreed in the confirmed quote. Payment and publication are separate: your invitation is shared only through the publication process for your plan.
03. Your details and content
Please provide accurate event details and content you have permission to use. Check names, dates, locations and guest allowances in your preview. You remain responsible for the information you approve and for permission to share supplied photographs and other material.
04. Personalisation and approval
Each order has an individual invitation. Essential preserves the collection design with permitted content edits. Signature and Bespoke include studio customisation within the agreed scope and approval of the current version before publication. Changes beyond the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
05. Access and sharing
Your Studio requires authenticated access. Keep your login and guest links private. A guest link permits access to that guest’s invitation and response; share it only with its intended recipient. Service availability and the hosting end date are confirmed with your order.
06. Questions or a problem
Contact the studio promptly if something is incorrect or not working. We will review the issue with you and discuss an appropriate resolution. Final business details, governing terms and consumer information will be added following review before sales are enabled.
