We review your chosen collection, plan and wedding details, then confirm the scope, price and delivery schedule with you. Once your order is arranged, you receive access to your private Studio. The enquiry form itself does not take a payment.

All plans let you add your names and wedding details in the fields available for your invitation. Essential keeps the collection’s visual design. Signature adds a studio-led colour, typography and media direction; Bespoke starts with an individual creative brief.

Your delivery date is confirmed in your quote, based on the plan, our availability and when your complete details arrive. Let us know your wedding and send-out dates when you enquire so we can plan together.

Add your guests in your Studio and copy a unique link for each guest or household. They open their invitation without creating an account and can reply within the allowance you set. Their responses appear in your guest list.

Yes. Pause the invitation before editing, save the permitted changes, and publish again when everything is ready. Your guest links stay the same. Signature and Bespoke changes may need a fresh approval before our studio republishes them.

Yes. The invitations adapt to phones, tablets and desktop browsers. Your guests follow a link, with no app to download. Explore the live demo on your own phone before choosing.

Tell us the languages, location and time zone you need. We can discuss translated wording and destination details within your quote. An automatic language switcher is not currently included.

Yes. Essential includes a preview in your Studio. For Signature and Bespoke, our team prepares your invitation for review; you can approve the current version or request changes. The revision allowance is agreed in your quote.

Your invitation lives at a web address. You share each guest’s personal link by your preferred message or email service. The hosting period is confirmed with your order. It is not a printed item or a downloadable PDF.

Contact us as soon as your plans change. The timing, work already completed and applicable consumer rights affect the options. Your quote will set out the agreed terms; our draft Refunds page explains the questions we will review with you.
