01. Information used by the service
An enquiry includes your name, email, selected plan, wedding date if supplied, and message. Account and order records support your Studio access. Invitation content may include names, photographs, event locations and schedules. Guest records contain the details you enter and the RSVP responses your guests choose to provide.
02. Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare and manage invitations, authenticate account access, maintain guest lists and show RSVP responses to the authorised couple and studio. The final privacy notice must specify the applicable legal bases and data controller contact details before launch.
03. Guest information
Only collect guest details needed for your celebration. Dietary or accessibility notes can be sensitive; guests should share only what is necessary. Personal links should be sent privately because possession of a link allows the recipient to view and respond for that guest.
04. Service providers and storage
The application uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for production database and account services. Payment and transactional email integrations are separate and require configuration before use. The final provider list, processing arrangements, locations and transfer safeguards must be confirmed before enabling those integrations.
05. Cookies and account sessions
The application uses session cookies for authenticated access. No advertising or analytics consent system is included in this draft. Any additional tracking tools must be reviewed, disclosed and configured with the appropriate choices before they are enabled.
06. Retention and requests
Retention periods for enquiries, orders, accounts and guest responses will be documented before launch. Contact the studio to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests are reviewed against the service’s obligations and applicable rights. Do not include passwords or private guest links in a general enquiry.
